Third-party cancellation (Rocket Money or Subaio)

If you canceled through a service like Rocket Money or Subaio, your cancellation will be processed once WeMod receives the request

To confirm the cancellation:

  • Contact support at support@wemod.com

  • To help us assist you more effectively, please include the following details when contacting our support team:

    • WeMod username and account email

    • Name of the third-party service used

    • Date of cancellation request

    • Confirmation details (if available)

    • Last 4 digits of the payment card

    • Your current subscription type (monthly or yearly)
