Refund Request Handling

General refund policy

  • Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed

  • Unused pre-paid time is non-refundable

  • Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method

  • Refund processing may take up to 30 calendar days

    • Most are completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank

Requesting a refund

To request a refund:

  • Contact support at support@wemod.com

  • To help us assist you more effectively, please include the following details when contacting our support team:

    • Your WeMod username

    • Email address on your account

    • Full name on the payment method

    • Last 4 digits of the card used

    • Purchase date and amount charged

    • Payment method used (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Google Pay)

    • Transaction ID or confirmation number (if available)

    • Subscription type (monthly or yearly)

    • Reason for the refund request

Providing these details will help our team review and process your request faster.

Refund not showing up

If it's been more than 10 business days and the refund hasn't appeared:

  • Contact support at support@wemod.com

  • To help us assist you more effectively, please include the following details when contacting our support team:

    • Your WeMod username

    • Email address on the account

    • Full name and last 4 digits of the payment method used

    • Date the refund was processed

    • Original transaction amount and date

    • Payment method (Credit/Debit card, PayPal, etc.)

    • Any refund confirmation from WeMod (if available)

    • Screenshot of your bank statement showing the charge (and no refund)

    • How many business days have passed since WeMod processed the refund

This information allows us to verify the refund status from our end.
