Managing Your Payment Methods

Viewing your next billing date

You can find your next scheduled charge under:

  • Or in the WeMod desktop app → Settings → My Account → Billing

This section shows the exact date your next payment will be processed.

Updating your payment method

On the website

  1. Go to My Account → Billing

  2. Click Update Payment Method

  3. Enter your new payment details and save changes


In the WeMod desktop app

  1. Log into your account

  2. Click your profile picture at the top right corner

  3. Go to Settings → My Account → Billing

  4. Click Change Payment Method

  5. Enter your new details and save


Removing your payment method

To request removal of a payment method:

  • Contact support at support@wemod.com

  • To help us assist you more effectively, please include the following details when contacting our support team:

    • Your WeMod username

    • Account email address

    • Last 4 digits of the card or PayPal used

    • Payment method type (e.g. credit card, PayPal)

    • Your subscription status (active or inactive)

    • Reason for the removal request

Note:

  • You may not be able to remove a payment method if you have an active subscription

  • For security concerns (e.g. compromised account), WeMod can assist with immediate removal

  • Removing a payment method does not cancel an active subscription
