Accessing Invoices and Receipts

Invoices are automatically sent to the email address associated with your WeMod account after each successful payment. If you need a copy of a previous invoice, please contact our support team at support@wemod.com.

To help us assist you more effectively, please include the following details when contacting our support team::

  • Your WeMod username

  • Email address associated with your account

  • Payment date(s) for which you need invoices

  • Transaction amount(s)

  • Last 4 digits of the payment method used

  • Transaction ID or confirmation number (if available)

  • Specific time period for invoices needed (e.g., "all invoices from 2024")

This information will help our support team locate and provide the correct invoices for your account.
