Payment decline reasons

Payments can be declined due to:

  • Insufficient funds

  • Incorrect card details

  • Expired card

  • Bank restrictions or fraud flags

  • International transaction blocks

  • Security rejections by your card issuer

Steps to resolve payment issues:

  1. Double-check your card details and expiration date

  2. Contact your bank to authorize the transaction

  3. Try a different payment method

  4. Make sure sufficient funds are available

If issues persist:

  • Contact support at support@wemod.com

  • To help us assist you more effectively, please include the following details when contacting our support team:

    • Your WeMod username

    • Account email address

    • Payment method you’re trying to use

    • Last 4 digits of the payment card (if applicable)

    • Error message received during payment

    • Date and time of the failed attempt

    • Your location or country

    • Whether you’ve contacted your bank

    • Any alternate payment methods tried

    • Screenshots of the error (if available)
