Trouble logging in
If you're unable to log in to your account, try the following solutions:
Password issues
Double-check that you're using the correct password
Make sure Caps Lock is off
Try the Forgot Password option to reset your password
Account lock
Too many failed login attempts can result in a 30-minute temporary lock
Wait at least 30 minutes before trying again
Check your inbox for any alerts related to account issues or maintenance
Still having trouble? Contact support@wemod.com with your username and registered email for assistance.
Temporary or inaccessible email accounts
If you created your account using a disposable or temporary email service (e.g., 10-minute mail), or can no longer access your email, recovery options are limited — but not impossible.
For accounts with active/previous subscriptions
Contact support@wemod.com
To help us assist you more effectively, please include the following details when contacting our support team:
Full name on your payment method
Last 4 digits of the card
Recent charge date and amount
Provide a permanent email address that is not already linked to another WeMod account
We’ll update your account and send password reset instructions to the new address. This process typically takes 1–2 business days.
For accounts without a subscription
If there’s no subscription, recovery may not be possible without access to the original email. We recommend creating a new account using a permanent email address
Note: WeMod cannot transfer data (e.g., mods, favorites, or progress) between accounts.
Important: Always use a permanent, accessible email address to avoid losing access to your WeMod account.
Email address doesn’t match or seems incorrect
Sometimes login issues stem from small email typos or mismatched records.
If you:
Can’t log in using your expected email
Aren’t receiving password reset emails
See subscription charges but can't locate the matching account
Then:
