Troubleshooting steps: launch game first

  • Start your game without connecting WeMod.

  • Wait until you can move your character or interact in-game.

  • Then Alt+Tab to WeMod and click “Play” to attach the trainer.

If that doesn’t work, try reaching the main menu of the game first, then activate WeMod.

Alternative launch methods

Some games require a specific game state before WeMod can attach correctly:

  • Wait until you’re past loading screens, splash logos, or intro sequences.

  • Make sure you're in a single-player mode—trainers won’t function in multiplayer.

  • Avoid third-party launchers unless required by the game.

  • If issues persist, disable the WeMod overlay in settings, which may prevent conflicts.

Other common causes

If mods still disable themselves automatically:

  • Game Updates: Recent patches may require a trainer update.

  • Conflicting Tools: Close any other modding tools, cheat engines, or overlays.

  • Antivirus Interference: Temporarily disable your antivirus and test again.

Game-specific mod limitations

Not all mods are designed to work in every scenario. Some may have limitations based on in-game systems.

Example – Crafting Mods

A mod like “No Crafting Requirements” might work for:

  • Cooking

  • Alchemy

  • Handcrafting

But it may not work for:

  • Weapon upgrades

  • Armor enhancements

Always read the mod’s description and instructions within the WeMod app to understand scope and limitations.
