Installation troubleshooting

  • Run the installer as administrator

  • Temporarily disable antivirus software

  • Ensure you have at least 200MB of free disk space

  • Confirm your internet connection is stable

  • Close other applications during installation

To manually remove a previous installation:

  • Uninstall WeMod from Control Panel

  • Delete the following folders:

    • C:\Users\[YourUsername]\AppData\Local\WeMod

    • C:\Users\[YourUsername]\AppData\Roaming\WeMod

    • C:\Users\[YourUsername]\AppData\Local\SquirrelTemp

Try a different browser if the installer download fails or run the installer using Windows compatibility troubleshooting.
