Steam

1. From your Steam library, right-click the game then click properties
2. Click Set Launch Options...
3. Add the launch arguments and click ok. Make sure you include the dash before each argument.

Epic

1. In the Epic Games client click Settings in the lower-left
   

   

2. Scroll down until you find a list of all games you currently have installed
3. Select the game
4. Add the required launch arguments in the box

Ubisoft Connect (uplay)

1. From the Ubisoft Connect client, select the game, then click properties 
2. Click Add Command Line Argument
3. Add the arguments and click Save
