Why haven't I received my refund?

I was told a refund was issued but I didn't receive it!

If you emailed support and received a reply letting you know that a refund has been issued please allow 5 business days for the refund to be processed before emailing us again. Once the refund has been issued it is up to the banks to route the money back to your account and this can take several days or weeks depending on how the original payment was made. A copy of the refund receipt was automatically sent to your email when we issued the refund. 


I canceled my subscription, why haven't I received a refund for the unused time?

Subscriptions are not prorated. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
