Error Logs

Providing WeMod support staff with an error log can decrease the amount of time it takes to resolve an issue and helps prevent unnecessary questions.

Saving an error log

  1. In WeMod click the settings icon ⚙️in the upper-right
  2. Click Save Log
  3. Save the log to a location that is easy to remember such as your desktop
  4. Attach the error log to your email or forum post


What type of information is included in the error log?

Error logs include information about your system, such as what antivirus is installed, operating system version, WeMod version, Memory (Ram), and some information about the WeMod process.
